The Boston Trio

The Boston Trio was formed in 1997.  The Boston Globe said about them "Whenever this trio plays, drop everything and go hear them."  The trio has concertized widely.  The individual members serve on the faculties of the New England Conservatory, the University of Maryland, Harvard University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
